If the apartment is not left in a normal condition, a minimum charge of €30 for additional cleaning may be deducted from the security deposit. Lost keys, remotes or cards: The replacement cost may be deducted from the security deposit. Failure to comply with the house rules may result in the partial or total loss of the security deposit.
