Winter: from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 18:00. Please note that a security deposit is required by credit card or bank transfer before or upon arrival. Guests arriving outside office hours are advised to contact the property before their stay to arrange their online check-in and key collection from a secure key box. The property will only accommodate the number of guests specified in the booking confirmation. Guests are required to clean the accommodation prior to departure. A EUR 150 security deposit is required by credit card or bank transfer before or upon arrival. Smoking and parties are not permitted at the property. The number of guests staying at the accommodation must not exceed the number confirmed in the reservation. Standard final cleaning is included in the rate and covers the preparation of the apartment for the next guest, including changing bed linen and towels. Additional cleaning charges may apply if the apartment is left excessively dirty or untidy, including unwashed dishes, rubbish left inside the property, or furniture moved from its original position. Additional cleaning charges start from EUR 30 and may be deducted from the security deposit. Replacement costs for lost keys, remote controls or access cards may also be deducted from the security deposit.
